Escrima is a Filipino martial art that studies movement, distance and coordination, with training tools and empty hands. Start by asking for an activity suited to your experience.
Tell us where you live and whether you have trained before. We will help you choose your next step and confirm the level, equipment and arrangements before you attend. The video course supports in-person practice.
