1. Site and contacts

AlexFantini.com presents Alessandro Fantini’s path and work, training activities, events, articles, media and the XStrike information catalogue. The site is managed by Alessandro Fantini, an individual, at Via Guglielmo Marconi 18, Comacchio (FE), Italy.

2. Browsing and XStrike reservations without online payment

XStrike allows authorised account holders to submit reservation requests through the cart and checkout, without online payment. A request is not a purchase or a confirmation of availability: price and delivery are agreed later with staff. Video courses and events are not sold online.

3. Accounts and restricted content

Existing accounts may log in within their permissions. New registrations are closed. Video access requires authorisation for the relevant course; an account alone does not guarantee every item of content.

Credentials and material access are personal. Protect your password and report suspicious access to the webmaster. Course access permits personal study within granted permissions; it does not by itself grant copying, republication, redistribution or commercial exploitation rights.

4. Materials and intellectual property

Texts, photographs, recordings, graphics and teaching materials belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable rights. Uses permitted by law remain allowed. Editorial adaptations and demonstration frames must not be confused with technical photographs of a specific product or records of events other than those described.

5. Practice and equipment

Audiovisual content documents explanations and exercises; it does not replace an instructor’s supervision, progressive training or assessment of your condition and surroundings. Partner practice requires consent, control, gradual progression and appropriate protection. Padded equipment and masks do not eliminate injury risk.

The workshop course is not comprehensive training for absolute beginners and does not automatically award ranks, certificates or teaching permissions. XStrike pages are informational; specifications and certifications apply only when explicitly confirmed. Illustrative images are identified as such.

6. Guestbook contributions

Contributions are public. Use a pseudonym and share only relevant content you have the right to publish. Do not include others’ personal data, confidential information, unlawful or offensive content. The manager may remove irrelevant, abusive or rights-infringing contributions. Use site contacts for removal requests or reports.

7. External services, data and rights

Linked external services such as YouTube have their own terms and privacy notices. Site data processing is described in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. Review optional choices through Cookie preferences at the bottom of the pages.

These terms do not exclude or limit liabilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Site information may be updated; report errors or problems to the webmaster.
