Would you like to organise a workshop with Alessandro at your gym or organisation? Write with your city, available space, group and topics you would like to explore. The first contact lets us assess the context and possibilities together.
Arrive prepared
Check the programme, requirements, what to bring and how to participate once confirmed.
Practise and exchange ideas
Live practice, observation and questions are at the heart of the experience.
Keep the practice going
The 11 October workshop continues in the Academy: ten lessons to revisit explanations, exercises and corrections.
Participation has a precise meaning.
Attending a workshop documents a practice experience. It does not automatically confer verified competence, a rank or permission to teach.
