The course is mainly for practitioners familiar with partner training who want to explore structure, distance, timing, control and continuity between armed and empty-hand work. It is not comprehensive training for complete beginners and does not replace an instructor’s supervision.

How it was made
These lessons are edited excerpts from a live session, rather than studio recordings: they retain the natural flow and some imperfections of the original setting.
